It has been a long process to prepare the application for NDIS, and we are in the final weeks of having the application ready for submission!

We are already seeing clients who are self managed for NDIS where their individual plan has including counselling or dietetics, but with becoming a registered provider we are anticipating a lot more people to come through.

Essentially the NDIS has a number of objectives, to help people enjoy an ordinary life similar to what you and I are freely able to already enjoy. Helping people with disabilities:

– Engage socially
– Engage recreationally and with work
– Health and Wellbeing

Counselling can be provided to help people meet their goals in this regard.

People with disabilities may include people with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, or psychiatric disabilities where an NDIS officer assesses that they meet criteria for funding.
